EasyELR is reader-supported. We keep our reviews free by running advertising. Here's exactly how that works and what it does — and doesn't — change.

Advertising

We display ads to fund our work. Today those are house placements (our own promos); we may add a network such as Google AdSense later, in which case ad partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads. Advertising never influences a verdict — we call out compromises and bad value plainly.

Outbound product links

When we link to a product, that link routes through our own /go/ redirector to the retailer's normal product page, so we can measure what's useful to readers. We do not currently earn commissions on these links. If we join an affiliate program in the future, we'll update this page and disclose it clearly on any page that contains paid links, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).
